Throughout my career, I have worked across retail banking, mortgage servicing, and credit union operations, leading teams, improving workflows, and helping organizations operate more efficiently while maintaining strong compliance and service standards. I enjoy solving operational challenges, building practical solutions, and creating processes that support both employees and the overall member experience.
In my current leadership role, I oversee daily operations, team performance, and operational execution while supporting business growth and organizational objectives.
